Thank you and welcome to StickerZen by The Hable Way!

Shipping: Here at StickerZen we like to keep things simple. Shipping via USPS is $5.00 on orders $0.01-$9.99 and FREE on orders $10.00+ to anywhere in the United States. We are not currently equipped to ship internationally. We are not liable for USPS time delays, guaranteed delivery dates or for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please see USPS for instructions on filing a claim.

Cancellations: Cancellations will only be honored in the event that the item has not been shipped yet. We generally ship same or next business day.

Exchanges: Exchanges are not accepted.

Returns: Requests for a return will only be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery based on USPS tracking information. Please email Leeanne@thehableway.com with your order number, detailed description of the reason you would like a return approved. In order to complete your return, the item must be received in the original, unused condition with tags. Shipping the return to StickerZen will be customer’s financial responsibility unless there is proof of a manufacturers defect or fault of StickerZen.

Taxes: Generally your total taxes will be based on your shipping destination. For customers in California, StickerZen is also located in CA. For customers who reside in CA, please note that it is a “mixed-sourcing state”. City, county and state sales taxes are origin-based (94513). District sales taxes are destination-based. This nexus will only apply if we surpass $500,000 annually. See a local tax professional with any questions.

Materials: We do not dropship. Each and every item passes through this one-person small business and is quality-checked prior to shipment. ***Each item packaged for shipping is video-recorded to prevent fraudulent claims.***
