Refund policy

Cancellations: Cancellations will only be honored in the event that the item has not been shipped yet. We generally ship same or next business day.

Exchanges: No exchanges will be accepted.

Returns: Requests for a return will only be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery based on USPS tracking information. They will be approved on a case by case basis. Please email Leeanne@thehableway.com with your order number, detailed description of the reason you would like a return approved and photos if applicable. In order to complete your return, the item must be received in the original, unused condition. Shipping the return to StickerZen will be customer’s financial responsibility unless there is proof of a manufacturers defect or fault of StickerZen.
